Hakken

Hakken — half-orc sunder specialist

Played by post_scam_ideal. Level 3. Neutral good, male. Follows Aroden.

Built to break things. The concept was pitched as “a half-orc skald that is really good at breaking stuff”; the build that came out of it is barbarian / fighter rather than skald, but the sunder focus is the same.

Granted, not bought

Both of these were given free by the GM in place of a Spheres of Might (Blacksmith) multiclass dip — see house rules. Neither cost a feat or a rage power slot.

Destroyer’s Blessing. While raging, a successful sunder regains 1 round of rage, and breaking the object heals 1 hit point. Once per round.

Smasher. Once per rage, an attack against an unattended object or a sunder maneuver ignores the object’s hardness entirely. Declare it before the roll. Hardness is why sunder builds normally fail, so this is the piece that makes the concept work.
